Toucher & Rich: Lockhart Ranks The 2014 Fantasy Quarterbacks

BOSTON (CBS) - Training camps are underway and the NFL season is drawing near, which means your fantasy draft is probably right around the corner.

98.5 The Sports Hub's fantasy guru Mike Lockhart joined Toucher & Rich Tuesday morning for a preliminary discussion involving the quarterbacks.

If there's any signal caller to take in Round 1, it's Peyton Manning.

"I think it's going to be another year of 40+ touchdowns. He's got pretty much the same cast. He loses Eric Decker, but he gains a rookie in Cody Latimer. I think it's going to be another huge year for him. (Tight end) Julius Thomas is going to be big in the red zone."

After taking over for Michael Vick last season, Eagles quarterback Nick Foles threw for 27 touchdowns and just 2 interceptions. Lockhart expects Foles to be even better in his second year in the offensive system of head coach Chip Kelly.

"I like the way [Foles] plays. He's just a steady quarterback. You don't have to worry about him. It's going to be his second year in Chip Kelly's system and he's got two running backs (LeSean McCoy, Darren Sproles) he can throw to. He's got solid weapons to throw to also. Zach Ertz at tight end showed flashes and I think he can be kind of that 'move tight end', so I think Foles takes another step up this year."
