NightSide - State Representative Tricia Farley-Bouvier Is In Studio

BOSTON (CBS) - There has been a lot of debate over whether or not illegal immigrants should be given driver's licenses. State Representative Tricia Farley-Bouvier believes that even though these people are here illegally, it benefits us all to teach them the rules of the road and to track their driving history by adding them to the list of licensed drivers. Her legislation would allow undocumented residents to obtain a special license, which could only be used for driving, in an effort to make the roads safer for everyone. She sits down with Dan to talk about this legislation, and why she thinks it's the right move.
