Body Discovered On Revere Beach
REVERE (CBS) --- Authorities were on Revere Beach Wednesday morning after a body was discovered on the shoreline near 420 Revere Beach Boulevard.
Revere Police and State Police assigned to the Revere Barracks, Crime Scene Services Section, and Suffolk County Detective Unit were on scene with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
Police tell WBZ-TV's Katie Brace, the body is "badly decomposed" and was found by a surfer.
The Suffolk County DA's office says there is not yet any information as to identity, age, or gender, but the remains initially appear to be those of an adult.
