NightSide - Paul Dacier And Martin Murphy Discuss The Boston Bar Association's Stand Against The Death Penalty

BOSTON (CBS) - The Boston Bar Association has taken a stand against the death penalty for the first time in its 250 year history. President Paul Dacier articulated the position in an announcement today, declaring that the death penalty "has no place in the fair administration of justice." President Dacier and attorney Martin Murphy, co-chair of the BBA's Death Penalty Working Group, sit down with Dan to talk about how the organization reached this conclusion, and what it means going forward.
