Newton Police Capture Escaped Pig From Resident's Back Yard

NEWTON (CBS) - Newton police received a rather interesting call on Friday.

A resident reported that a pig was roaming around the area of Hagen Road.

Responding officers actually found the animal in a back yard, and managed to locate the owner.

The owner was able to leash the pig, which is named Ziggy, and get it home.

Ziggy apparently was able to escape through a hole in the fence that has since been repaired.
