Car Crashes Into Wollaston MBTA Station

QUINCY (CBS) --- A car crashed into the entrance of Wollaston Station late Thursday morning.

Car Crashes Into Wollaston MBTA Station

Authorities say a 78-year-old woman using oxygen was driving the Toyota Camry sedan when it went down an eight-foot-wide sidewalk and several steps before slamming into the station doors.

The woman was unresponsive when Quincy Firefighters arrived. They said she may have suffered a heart attack before the crash.

A 57-year-old man was hit by the car and ended up with some cuts and bruises.

Both were taken to Quincy Medical Center.

There's no word on their conditions.

No names were released.

MBTA service was not affected.
