Daily Talker: Is It OK To Text At Movie Theaters? Should There Be A Designated Area?

Airports have cell phone lots.
Smokers have designated areas to light up.

And it looks the back row of the theater may be just the place.
AMC says it would soundproof its designated texting area and put a barrier to dim the light from smartphones.
This all comes on the heels of Madonna being banned at a Texas theater chain for texting during the premiere of a movie in New York.
Is it OK to text at movie theaters?
