HAMPTON, N.H. (AP) — Police in Hampton, N.H., say a 57-year-old man who was struck by a car over the weekend has died.
Charles Sayre of Amesbury, Mass., was out near Ocean Boulevard and Highland Avenue when the accident happened early Sunday. He was hospitalized in Massachusetts and died of his injuries Monday.
Police have arrested the driver, 29-year-old Danielle Kooyoomjian of Hampton, on a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated.
