Man Arrested After Causing A Scene In NH Applebee's Restaurant
HOOKSETT, N.H. (CBS) -- An Auburn man was arrested after he became belligerent and disruptive to staff and customers in an Applebee's restaurant.
Police say Ian Holland, 26, caused a scene in the Hooksett Road Applebee's on Tuesday night.
Holland allegedly followed the restaurant manager around the building from table-to-table and then into the kitchen.
Police say he then assaulted an employee as he was being escorted outside.
Police charged Holland with criminal trespassing, simple assault and resisting arrest.
Once at the police station, police say Holland continued to be uncooperative and kicked a police officer in the face.
Holland is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday.
