Ellsbury Back In Red Sox Lineup, Hitting Leadoff

BOSTON (CBS) - Jacoby Ellsbury is back for the Boston Red Sox, ready to knock off any rust before the regular season ends and the postseason begins.

Ellsbury missed the last 16 games with a fracture in his right foot, but will play center field and bat leadoff as the Red Sox finish their brief two-game series with the Rockies in Colorado.

Ellsbury, who is batting .299 for the season, leads the Red Sox with 89 runs scored and leads the majors with 52 stolen bases.

His return to the lineup means Shane Victorino will be back in right field, batting second.
