BOSTON (CBS) – Ted Griswold of Brighton wants to co-direct a film about a band in Honduras that sings about drug trafficking and the ways in which it affects the people there.

But, doing so takes money. He’s trying to raise the money on kickstarter and has so far raised more than $30,000.

He has until August 16th to raise the rest or he gets nothing for his film. He hopes to travel to Honduras in October to start filming.

Griswold spoke with WBZ NewsRadio’s Suzanne Sausville about the project.
