Body Of Missing Diver Found In Portsmouth, NH's Piscataqua River
PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (AP) — New Hampshire State Police Marine Patrol have recovered the body of a missing diver in Portsmouth.
Police say the body of 69-year-old Anthony Rahn was recovered from the Piscataqua River on Saturday afternoon, two days after he did not surface while checking lobster traps.
Police say they received a 911 call Friday morning about a diver who had not resurfaced near the Sarah Long Bridge in Portsmouth.
Crews searched for Rahn throughout the day on Friday and resumed their search Saturday morning.
