WBZ Water Cooler: Weekend Cookout Advice From Woodman's Of Essex

BOSTON (CBS) -- At the WBZ Water Cooler: The holiday weekend has people doing all sorts of summer activities.

Maybe you are hitting up the beach or hosting a cookout. Either way, many of you have seafood in your future.

We talked with Steve Woodman, one of the owners of the famous Woodman's of Essex. He says clams and lobster are very popular, and he even tells us which type of lobster to go with. Steve Woodman knows how to cap off a good meal, adding, "grab a nice cold beer and relax."
