Mass. Pike Tractor-Trailer Crash Backs Up Traffic For Miles
NEWTON (CBS) -- A jack-knifed tractor-trailer crash on the Massachusetts Turnpike tied up traffic for miles, Wednesday morning.
Around 9 a.m., State Police received calls about the crash on I-90 westbound in Newton.
Seven other cars were involved in the crash.
A portion of the roadway was closed while police cleared the crash, it re-opened shortly after.
Police say minor injuries were reported. There is no word yet on what caused the crash.
