Governor Patrick Is Officially A Grandfather

BOSTON (CBS) - Governor Patrick's eldest daughter, Sarah Baker Patrick Morgese, gave birth to a baby boy in San Francisco on Monday.

Gianluca Noah Patrick Morgese arrived two months early. He weighed in at 2 pounds 8 ounces.

The governor's press office says mom and baby are doing well.

Gianluca is Sarah and her husband Marco Morgese's first child.

He is also Deval and Diane Patrick's first grandchild.

"Poppy and Nonna (aka the Governor and the First Lady) are over the moon," the governor's office said in a statement.
