3 Men Wanted For Kidnapping Teen From Mission Hill Home

BOSTON (CBS) – Boston police are looking for three men who broke into a Mission Hill home Tuesday night and kidnapped a teenager.

Commissioner Ed Davis said the men went into the apartment on New Whitney Street looking for money. They then took the apartment owner's 16-year-old daughter and left in a van.

"They took her for a short ride, ultimately dropping her off in the Lower Mills section of the city," Davis told WBZ NewsRadio 1030.

The girl was not hurt.

Mission Hill Kidnapping

"At this point in time, we are searching for three Hispanic males. We do have evidence in the vehicle that was recovered and we're hopeful we'll be able to bring this investigation to a fast close," Davis said.

Investigators are looking at a possible drug connection to the house.

"This is the second armed house invasion there in two years. There was another one in 2011."
