North Reading Man Finds Kidney Transplant Match Through Social Media
BOSTON (CBS) - A California woman is flying into Boston Sunday afternoon for medical tests at Massachusetts General Hospital.
She's not sick, but she is ready to help a North Reading man who is suffering from kidney failure and it's all because he decided to add her as a friend on Facebook.

Eddie Beatrice has been enduring 15-to-20 hours a week of kidney dialysis ever since he suffered septic shock following a routine surgery in late 2011.
Family and friends were not a match to donate and he's been on a waiting list.
On January 1, Eddie created a Facebook page for his kidney campaign and there found Kelly Wright of Newport Beach.
She was looking to donate.
They corresponded, Kelly got tested -- she was a perfect match.
Eddie still can't believe the odds and the operation is scheduled for April 2.
