Congressman-Elect Joe Kennedy III Getting Married On Saturday

HYANNIS (CBS) - Congressman-elect Joseph P. Kennedy III is set marry Lauren Anne Birchfield on Saturday, according to several reports and the couple's wedding page on The Knot.

It was not clear where the ceremony and reception would be held, but one report said it was going to be in Newport Beach, California.

Their engagement was announced back in January by Birchfield's parents, the Rev. Dr. James Birchfield and Marta Birchfield of Houston.

The wedding date was kept quiet.

Birchfield and Kennedy met at Harvard Law School.
