CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — Federal agents in New Hampshire have charged a Manchester lawyer with seven counts of child exploitation, including transporting a child for illegal sexual conduct.

A federal magistrate Friday ordered 43-year-old Lisa Biron held without bail until her trial, which is schedule to start Jan. 8.

In addition to transporting a child for illegal sexual activity, Biron is also charged with manufacturing and possessing child pornography.

Biron was first arrested by Manchester police last month on charges of possessing child pornography. They alerted federal authorities when they learned the pornography had been manufactured out-of-state. Manchester police say the videos and pictures found on Biron’s computer depict a teenage girl Biron knows.
