BOSTON (CBS) – The MBTA has ruled out one of its employees accused of taking pictures under a woman’s skirt.

A woman says the employee snapped photos last week while using an escalator at South Station.

In a tweet, the witness wrote, “Just saw #MBTA #SouthStation employee take picture w/cell phone under a girls skirt on escalator! Disgusting!”

The MBTA now says detectives investigating the case have cleared the worker.

A spokesman says they will not release video of the incident, but they continue to investigate it fully.
