Police say Peete returned to the Dunkin Donuts store in Revere on Monday to complain about the service she got last week.

Lt. John Azzari says Peete claimed she didn't like the way the servers looked at her so she dropped a cup of iced tea after an exchange of words with the servers.

But surveillance video shows the woman allegedly throwing a cup in the direction of the servers.

The victims claim it was hot tea that hit them although neither were injured.

Azzari says Peete was arrested and released on bail. She's also charged with disorderly conduct.
