State Pools, Beaches To Remain Open Through Labor Day

BOSTON (CBS) – The state announced Friday that it will expand its pool season.

Several parks and lakes will stay open through Labor Day.

The DCR says with a hotter than average summer and school starting later this year, they hope to help keep people cool in the final days of summer.
