Police: Man Arrested At Medford Library While Viewing, Downloading Child Porn

MEDFORD (CBS) - A man was arrested at Medford Library Monday, accused of downloading child porn on a library computer.

Someone reported to police that they had seen James Judge looking at inappropriate photos of young boys.

Responding officers say they found Judges sitting at a computer with a picture of a nude young boy on the monitor. Police say they obtained a warrant and found additional evidence on Judge's phone and the library computer.

Judge is charged with downloading, viewing, and printing those pictures to disseminate. He's out on bail.

Medford police say Judge is also the subject of a federal investigation by the US Postal Inspection Service over the same type of charges.
