Two Men Arrested After Standoff In Everett

EVERETT (CBS) - A standoff between police and two men at a home in Everett ended peacefully Tuesday night.

Officers found drugs in the house and two men inside were taken into custody.

Police say the standoff began when a man inside a home on Central Ave. called 911 saying he was being held against his will. When police arrived, the occupants allegedly would not let them inside.

The standoff ended hours later when the suspects were persuaded to come out. At least two suspects were arrested.

No weapons were found in the house.
