Are Mitt Romney's High School "Hijinks'' Relevant In A Presidential Election?

Are allegations of high school bullying by Mitt Romney relevant in the current election cycle?
Some say that the sixties were a different time, and in the context of that time behaviors that now bring cries of "bully" were just good fun. Others maintain that if the bullying allegations are true, the acts under the microscope display core qualities we don't want a presidential candidate to ever have displayed. These folks believe that such behavior is evidence of a flawed core personality and a lack of tolerance necessary to be a quality President.
What do you think? Do the current bullying allegations negatively impact your confidence in Mitt Romney's ability to lead the country, or is Mitt getting a raw deal?
