Phantom Gourmet: Easter Sunday

BOSTON (CBS) - Easter Sunday is one of the busiest days of the year for restaurants serving breakfast and brunch. Dan Andelman of the Phantom Gourmet has some tasty recommendations.

At Kristen's in Braintree, the colorful chalkboard menu is lined with wildly imaginative breakfast creations, including 25 varieties of sweet, fluffy pancakes in flavors like raspberry coffee cake and cranberry walnut.

Rox Diner in Newton and West Roxbury is far from being a greasy spoon. Here, they serve real fresh-squeezed orange juice and tropical French toast.

Forum in the Back Bay has one of Boston's most exciting brunch menus, featuring dishes like deep fried bananas dipped in waffle batter, that's crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside.

Easter Sunday is one of the busiest brunch days of the year at restaurants. But Mother's Day is still the busiest.
