BOSTON (CBS) – Bruins forward Shawn Thornton was on Comcast SportsNet’s Sticks And Stones with Michael Felger Tuesday night and it quickly became must-see-TV.
Felger was talking with The Province columnist Tony Gallagher from Vancouver, who had some choice things to say about Thornton’s performance in Saturday’s Bruins-Canucks game.READ MORE: Senate To Vote On Rachael Rollins Nomination For US Attorney
Felger brought up Dale Weise acting like he wanted to fight Thornton, then not taking off the gloves when Thornton obliged, possibly trying to draw an instigator penalty.

Gallagher then started to say how Thornton should have never tried to fight because Weise already fought Nathan Horton that period, but Thornton, in studio the entire time, is invited by Felger to join the conversation.
Thornton went after Gallagher, bringing up the fact he took on six Canucks during a first period scrum near the Vancouver bench.
