Report: Nick Caserio Turns Down Interview With Colts
FOXBORO (CBS) - The Patriots director of player personnel, Nick Caserio, turned down an interview with the Colts for their vacant general manager job, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Schefter reports that the Patriots convinced Caserio to remain in New England despite overtures made by the Colts.
The Colts fired GM Bill Polian last week after more than a decade on the job.
Caserio joined the Patriots in 2001 as a personnel assistant.
