'Occupy The NH Primary' Has No Plans To Interfere With Voting

MANCHESTER, Maine (AP) — Members of the Occupy New Hampshire group say they're planning a regional gathering in the days leading up to the New Hampshire presidential primary.

Organizers are calling the Jan. 6-10 event in Manchester "Occupy the New Hampshire Primary." The primary is held Jan. 10.

Occupy Maine says its members, as well others from Massachusetts and New York, will travel to New Hampshire to be on hand. Organizers say the event features marches, debates, street theater, workshops and entertainment, but there are no plans to interfere with primary day voting.

Occupy groups are protesting what they see as income inequality and corporate greed.
