Progress Software Fantasy Football Show: Week 16

BOSTON (CBS) - It's title week for those Fantasy Football owners that are still standing, and Nick Cattles and Mike Lockhart are here to make sure you have your best lineup possible for the big matchup!

Got Fantasy Questions? Send In Your Questions to Nick Cattles

It's go time. If you're still trying to decide who to start today Cattles and Lockhart take a look at a few players to consider…or not. Matt Ryan or Cam Newton? Matt Ryan is on a hot streak if you get points for passing touchdowns. He's got 3 TD's in 4 games. Odds are he'll continue that Monday against the Saints. Adrian Peterson is a safe play today- so don't hesitate to start him. Santana Moss had a 20-yard touchdown grab last week, but Rex Grossman is always a question mark, even against a weak Vikings secondary. With Asante Samuel out (hamstring) for the Eagles, Cowboys reeceiver Dez Bryant should have a big game, but be cautious as he has struggled recently. Percy Harvin is a tough call against a strong Washington pass defense.

SI.com's injury expert Will Carroll talks about a few key injury updates including: AJ Green who is a very risky start. Raiders coach Hue Jackson is proceeding with caution when it comes to Michael Bush. He will play, but will be limited, and Felix Jones missed practice due to hamstring tightness. He's questionable. Will said he has Vincent Jackson and plans to sit him and go another way- so maybe you should, too. Redskins' Roy Helu will play, but will probably be limited. For more injury updates listen to Will Carrol's advice.

Good luck to everyone in their Fantasy matchups, and have a Happy Holiday weekend!
