'Red Bull Bandit' Stealing Energy Drinks From NH Stores

KEENE, N.H. (CBS) – Police in Keene, New Hampshire are looking for help finding a "Red Bull bandit."

They released surveillance photos Wednesday of a man they say is walking out of local supermarkets with shopping carts full of energy drinks.

He hit Price Chopper, Shaw's, and Hannaford's on October 7, 17, 21, and 22 taking Red Bull, Monster drinks and other groceries.

Keene police released this surveillance photo of the thief.

He's white, in his 40's, bald, about five-feet six-inches tall, and weighs 140 pounds.

Police say he appears to have had some help.

"In one incident he is seen leaving in a white Jeep Cherokee with a MA registration. In another incident he is seen leaving in a small silver car with a second male who helped him load the car with the drinks. In a third incident, when he leaves the store, employees notice him making hand signals to someone and an older model Cutlass, (either white or silver), is seen following him," police said in a press release.

Investigators believe he may also be the man seen on surveillance video stealing a green 2005 Dodge Magnum with New Hampshire plates 2446573 from Jake's Five Star convenience store in Keene on October 23.

That man was seen wearing a red ski hat, a red jacket and blue jeans.

Anyone with information should call Keene Police at (603) 357-9813 or (603) 357-9820.
