Parts Of Red Line To Be Closed For Renovations

CAMBRIDGE (CBS) - The MBTA is going to be shutting down part of the Red Line on weekends between November and March.

The T is closing the Red Line north of Harvard Square in order to complete some much-needed repair work.

MBTA workers plan to seal off water leaks in the train tunnels that are eating away at the concrete track support.

The MBTA will run buses between affected stations including Porter, Davis and Alewife.
