Phantom Gourmet: 'Fed' Of The Charles

BOSTON (CBS) - The Phantom Gourmet has been in training for the Head of the Charles.

Just a few strokes away from the Charles River, Basta Pasta on Western Ave. in Cambridge is the perfect place to carbo-load before, during, or after the big race.

Hungry rowers and spectators looking for a great sandwich can head straight to the Boathouse Deli in the back of an Irving Gas Station in Brighton.

Raising Canes on Comm. Ave. serves up a boatload of chicken fingers every day… because that's just about all they offer on the menu.

Of course, Harvard Square restaurants will be busy this weekend as well.

For a quick bite, Phantom recommends the gourmet slices at Otto's Pizza and some Asian noodles at Wagamama.
