Expect Delays: Cape Bridges' Year-Long Construction Project

BOURNE (CBS) - Drivers who use the Cape Cod bridges can get ready for another round of delays.

The Army Corps of Engineers says beginning in November, it will launch a year-long project to replace some of the steel on the Sagamore and Bourne bridges.

The bridges won't be shut down, but drivers can expect closures and delays.

Last year, a bridge paving project caused delays throughout the winter and into spring.
