Priscilla of Boston Bridal Boutique To Close

BOSTON (CBS) - Boston brides are losing a local landmark when it comes to getting ready for their big day.

The owners of Priscilla of Boston say they are shutting down at the end of the year.

WBZ-TV's Ken Macleod reports

After 65 years of fitting brides with their gowns, they say they cant handle the business environment anymore.

Priscilla made the bridesmaid dresses when actress Grace Kelly married a prince and the wedding gowns for President Nixon's daughters.

All 19 locations across the country will close. They will fulfill orders that have been placed.
