Child Rescues Litter Of Kittens From Flooded Parking Lot

NORTHAMPTON (CBS) - It's said that cats have nine lives, and it's a good thing for six kittens caught in Irene.

The kittens were found floating around a flooded out parking lot in a cardboard box in Northampton.

A young girl spotted the cardboard box and was amazed to find the litter inside.

The Goshen Fire Department is helping to nurse the kittens back to health.
