Source: Stepfather Of Celina Cass Uncooperative In Investigation

BOSTON (CBS) - A source tells WBZ-TV's Karen Anderson that Wendell Noyes, the stepfather of Celina Cass, has been questioned by police, and has been uncooperative.

11-year-old Celina Cass was reported missing July 26. Her body was found Monday in the  Connecticut River, about a quarter mile from her home in Stewartstown, New Hampshire.

An autopsy performed Tuesday could not determine a cause of death.

In 2003, Noyes was involuntarily committed to New Hampshire Hospital in Concord after he entered his girlfriend's house in the middle of the night and threatened to throw her down stairs, according to court documents.

Noyes was taken to the hospital by ambulance Monday for treatment related to his history of mental illness.

Police have not said they have any persons of interest, and no arrests have been made.
