Bruins Rack Up $156K Bar Bill At Foxwoods

BOSTON (CBS) - The Boston Bruins have taken very few breaks in celebrating their Stanley Cup Championship since last Wednesday's Game 7 victory.

But no party appears to be bigger than the one they threw Saturday night at Shrine night club at Foxwoods.

Immediately after the Bruins celebrated with millions of fans at the rolling rally through Boston, the entire team took off for the Connecticut casino for even more fun. Tim Thomas, Zdeno Chara, Patrice Bergeron, Milan Lucic and Brad Marchand were all there, just to name a few, and made sure the party extended out to thousands of fans at the night club.

Being the generous champions they are, the Bruins racked up a $156,000 bar bill which included a very rare 30 liter bottle of Ace of Spades "Midas" champagne. The bottle alone cost over $100,000. Only six are in existence. Well, now five...

What better way to drink the rare beverage than from Lord Stanley's Cup?

The team passed the massive bottle around from player to player and then took a few swigs from the Cup trophy.

When no more bubbly remained, each team member signed the bottle. It will be on display at High Rollers Lucky Lanes and Lounge and raffled off at a later date to benefit the Bruins foundation.
