WOBURN (CBS) — A man accused of helping his brother in a robbery that ended with the shooting death of a Woburn policeman is now going to prison in a different case.

Arthur Cinelli is expected to plead guilty to charges of dealing drugs in New Hampshire. He faces up to 20 years in prison.

Prosecutors believe Cinelli was texting his brother Dominic the night Dominic robbed a Woburn store and killed Officer Jack Maguire.
