It is also beneficial to note that the amount of resveratrol a human needs to consume in order to derive any health benefit would be the equivalent of drinking multiple bottles of wine. Scientists are still working on a concentrated product that can be taken as a pill or capsule that would provide the same benefits. It’s still years away.
