Sheryl Young is CEO of AbilityPath.org, an online hub for the special needs community. She says the bullying problem affecting those kids with special needs has become a silent epidemic.

20-year-old actress Lauren Potter, who has Down syndrome, is one of the cast of the TV show "Glee." She says she has been a victim of bullying. She says she's also been made fun of while out shopping.
