BC's Jackson Named To All-ACC First Team
BOSTON (CBS) - Boston College junior guard Reggie Jackson has been named to the All-ACC first team.
Jackson averaged 18.1 points, 4.3 assists and 4.0 rebounds per game in 16 ACC contests. He becomes the fourth Eagle to be named to the All-ACC first team, following Craig Smith (2005-06), Jared Dudley (2006-07) and Tyrese Rice (2007-08).
Nolan Smith and Kyle Singler of Duke, Jordan Williams of Maryland, and Malcolm Delaney of Virginia Tech were also named to the All-ACC first team.
BC senior forward Joe Trapani was named to the All-ACC third team.
The BC Eagles return to action Thursday March 10 against Wake Forest in the ACC Tournament. You can watch that game at 2 p.m. on TV 38.
