Roof Collapse Concerns: Search & Rescue Teams On Standby

FRAMINGHAM (CBS) – The state's Emergency Management Agency Bunker is open for the storm and there are a few people on duty who aren't usually there.

State building inspectors and a FEMA urban search and rescue team are on standby in the event of a serious roof collapse.
