Wrapping Whiz Shares Her Skills
BOSTON (CBS) -- Susan Jacub has a gift. That gift is what she can do with a gift. "I'm a nationally ranked gift wrapper… I wrapped for Macy's and Jordan Marsh for 20 years."
You name it, she can wrap it. "Some of the strangest things I've wrapped – a frozen turkey for a customer who was giving it as a bridal shower gift and was going to put it in her freezer. I've wrapped cat food."
She was recently in the 14th Annual Scotch Tape National Gift Wrapping Contest. Thousands entered and eight people were in the finals. Susan came in second, winning $2,500.
But now, the real action begins. "The holidays are my Super Bowl. I love wrapping."
And she says we all can learn to love it, even me, a terrible wrapper.
