Acton Gym Teacher Faces Child Porn Charge

CBS File

BOSTON (AP) - An Acton man who taught fitness and education classes for children under 7 has been arrested on a child pornography charge.

Brad Warner was arrested yesterday on a charge of receipt of child pornography.

Federal prosecutors said he knowingly received video files depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. He is also accused of sending a Michigan man cell phone videos of prepubescent girls, one showing a girl getting changed.

The 33-year-old Warner is a co-founder of HammelFit, a fitness program for young children offered at Next Generation Children's Centers, which has 10 locations in eastern Massachusetts.

Warner's lawyer declined to comment. Representatives of HammelFit and Next Generation Children's Centers did not immediately return calls and e-mail messages seeking comment.
