Kevin Durant scored 38 points and pulled down 9 rebounds in Team USA's 89-74 win over Lithuania to move on to the FIBA World Championships Finals against the winner of Serbia and Turkey. Durant's 38 points is a record for most points scored by an American in a World Championship game.
Lamar Odom finished with 13 points 10 rebounds in the semifinals vs. Lithuania. Russell Westbrook was the only other American besides Odom and Durant in double figures with 12.
