The Cleveland Browns today signed Patriots free agent tight end Ben Watson to a multiyear contract. A first-round draft pick by the Patriots in 2004, Watson spent the past six seasons in New England. ESPN.com reported that it is a three-year deal worth $12 Million, including $6.35 Million guaranteed. In 2009 he started all 16 games, with 29 catches for 404 yards receiving and 5 touchdowns.
