US to Face Swiss on 98.5 The Sports Hub
The United States Men's Olympic Ice Hockey team will go for their fourth straight win as they face off against Switzerland Wednesday afternoon. The game can be heard live on 98.5 The Sports Hub beginning at 2:45 PM.
The eight-seeded Swiss beat Belarus, 3-2, in a shootout on Tuesday. The United Stats beat Switzerland 3-1 in the preliminary-round opener on February 16.
The US went on to beat Norway 6-1 before upsetting Canada 5-3 on Sunday. With that victory the American record remained perfect and the team clinched the Group A title and the top overall seed with a bye to Wednesday's quarterfinals. The Americans cannot match up with Russia, Sweden or Canada prior to the gold-medal game.
