Its 97 degrees outside, you're sweating through your shirt as soon as you step outside, and suddenly taking a dip in the Charles seems appealing—yep, it's August in Boston.

While Saltbox Kitchen may be coming to you from Concord, it is definitely the best addition to come to the Boston dating scene in a very, very long time. With its rustic, country look and beautiful setting it's so nice you'll think you wandered out of Boston and into a storybook, which is guaranteed to blow her away.

Anyway, while you make small talk and gaze into each other's eyes, you'll get to enjoy amazing plates like the Pan Seared Gloucester Scallops or some Grilled Skirt Steak while you sip some of the fantastic wines, and a variety of local brews. Seriously could it sound any more tempting? And to answer our own question, yes it could because then you get to have one of their delicious handmade pastries Gâteau Basque or a Cayman Island Rum Cake for dessert you lucky duck.

But seriously, you'll have such a good time here it's almost guaranteed that you and your date will leave feeling great, making it the perfect time to head to your place for some after date activities… like Scrabble.
