Spring has finally sprung and the awful month of March has finally left us. Now that April has arrived it's time to celebrate all things spring, like warm weather, Easter, and Passover, and there's really no better way to celebrate than with good food and even better drinks.

So in order to do this spring celebration right, we're suggesting you head to Boston's newest hot spot Townsman.

Townsman is the latest Brasserie-inspired addition to the Boston restaurant scene and is certainly, by far, the best. The true sense of sustainability and seasonality combined with a warm and welcoming atmosphere make it impossible to leave, in fact, they're probably going to have to kick you out at closing time (not like that's the first time that's happened to you).

Not only is the restaurant super inviting, but the hallmark food ethos of Chefs Matt and Kate Jennings, along with their dedication to only using pristine ingredients from the surrounding area create a unique experience like you've never encountered before. The Beef Cheek and Apple Perogies are a great way to kick off your evening, while you imbibe at the bar and munch on some Chicken Fried Sweetbreads. If you still have some room left over for the "real meal", then you've got to order the Pekin Duck Breast with leg sausage, savory oats and honey roasted beets. Even if you're not hungry after your bar treats, you should probably still get this.

So instead of doing the same old thing this season, do something new and head over to Townsman to kick off your spring right.
